Shipping: Orders are usually shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number after your order is sent. Orders are usually received, processed, and shipped within 10 - 14 business days. Merchandise orders (including but not limited to: clothing, phone cases, calendars, books) are fulfilled by an alternate printing company. Merchandise is made to order and may take 14-21 business days to be processed and shipped. If you have questions about the status of your order or shipping method, please contact me via email at ArtByRizzo@gmail.com. Please ensure your address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect, please contact me via email at ArtByRizzo@gmail.com as soon as possible. If your order is not received due to an error made at checkout, you will be charged another shipping fee to resend the order.
Returns: I do not accept any returns, exchanges or store credit at this time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an issue with your order (such as a misprint, receiving the wrong size/color, etc), please contact me via email at ArtByRizzo@gmail.com.
Custom Orders: I am currently accepting commission requests. Commission requests are subject to review. Please email me a ArtByRizzo@gmail.com with your original concept/idea, and I would be happy to discuss it with you. Also, feel free contact me via email at ArtByRizzo@gmail.com for inquiries about purchasing other artwork not listed for sale in Shop.
